Every time chicken changes hands, there is another chance for mixing, temperature abuse or mislabelling. Our chain has no hand-offs:
- Own farm — chickens raised on our farm in Rantau, so we control breed and bird condition.
- Live bird trade — 40+ years buying and selling live birds across many breeds.
- Slaughter — on our own slaughter line.
- Processing — whole birds, or cut by part to your order.
- Grading & packing — sorted, weighed and packed, fresh or frozen.
- Delivery — by our own refrigerated and live-bird trucks.
Halal handling
- Slaughter on our own line, in line with halal requirements
- Chicken handled, packed and transported separately from non-halal products
- Own trucks — your order is not consolidated with other suppliers’ goods
Freshness and hygiene
- Processed, graded and packed on our own line
